SChEF team had productive meetings with Stephen Waddington on the production systems characterization issues. Here is the first day’s outcome – a prototype production systems typology, mapped using ConceptDraw MINDMAP (it was quite fund to use, by the way). Not quite the outcome I'd expected before the meeting, but I liked the path we took. Always good to have the typology defined - much time/resource/effort saver in many cases. Now the question is, how/where to get the information on the categories, and how to relate that to the applications, notably SPAM and Simplr. It's good that we've got two more days to brainstorm..
